The Intervarsities were held this year in Killary Co. Galway, staying in Tully Cross. UCD hosted and were joined by UCG and DCU for the best intervarsities EVER!!! We wreck dived the Julia T and did some scenic diving on Inis Bearna and conger alley and despite hurricane helena doing her best the weather was fab and the diving was safe as houses. UCD owe a huge thank-you to both UCG and DCU for coming along and bringing a whole pile of fun with them. The photos should tell the tale anyway. Congratulations are due to UCG for winning the event through sheer stamina...UCD have a bit to learn from that lot! So the perpetual cup of intervarsities pie stealing will stay in Galway until next year. Bring on Intervarsities 2007!
